With endless energy and enthusiasm, Louonna Kachur sets the strategy to attract, grow, and retain the best talent to help Resultant fulfill its mission of helping clients, coworkers, and communities thrive.
Louonna is passionate about supporting a culture of development that involves deeply understanding both the direction of the business and the growth trajectory of Resultant’s talent and prospective talent to get us there. Her personal mission statement is “to be a catalyst for others to have careers they love.”
Louonna has an MBA from IU Kelley School of Business and over 20 years of experience in talent recruiting and development. She is proudly a member of Kelley Women and Tobias Leadership Center Fellows.
When not building, encouraging, and strategizing Resultant teams, Louonna volunteers at the Humane Society and serves on boards for both the Boys and Girls Club of Boone County and Early Learning Indiana. She enjoys hiking, climbing, reading, and doing yoga—but rarely all at the same time.
