Since joining Resultant in 2018, Zak has grown into a project and client leadership role by partnering with public sector organizations to help them unlock potential and achieve better outcomes through technology, data, and innovation. While his recent work has focused heavily in the workforce and economic development space, his experience spans a wide variety of state agencies and initiatives across the country.
Throughout his career, Zak has helped deliver various impactful solutions designed to improve constituent experiences, streamline operations, and create more value from existing investments. He is energized by building strong partnerships and helping organizations turn ambitious ideas into practical, measurable impact.
What has kept Zak at Resultant is the company’s approach to solving problems. Rather than forcing the same technology solution into every situation, he believes the best work starts with deeply understanding the real challenge an organization is trying to solve. That tech-agnostic, client-centered mindset has allowed him to help states modernize systems, improve decision-making through analytics, and explore emerging technologies like AI and cloud-based solutions in ways that are tailored to their unique goals and constraints.
Zak lives in Indiana with his beautiful wife, Olivia, and their dog, Gus. Outside of work, he enjoys tackling random house and yard projects, golfing, and finding any excuse to get outside with family and friends.
