With more than 20 years of experience in IT consulting, AJ thrives leading the teams that help clients move to modern IT solutions through holistic business assessments and a deep understanding of the people and challenges unique to each situation. He ensures strategic oversight of implementation and integration optimized to each client’s specific needs.
Since joining our team in 2014 as a system administrator, AJ has served in a variety of roles that honed his superpower of delivering excellence to clients throughout every level of support. He’s an outstanding subject matter expert in merger and acquisition technology, specifically in the areas of data integration, data governance, service rationalization, and cloud migration.
He enjoys helping companies combine IT departments and resources to create more efficient collaboration, productivity, and support systems. Passionate about leadership and cross-functional collaboration, AJ is an ardent supporter of those around him.
Outside of work, he is an advocate for the community of Indianapolis and serves on multiple Resultant-supported businesses’ IT committees. He enjoys time spending time with his family and fishing.
We also hear he plays a mean guitar.
