Resultant Chief Financial Officer Ryan Bradley believes finance creates value when it serves as a strategic partner to the business. He is passionate about helping leaders understand the story behind the numbers and ways to use data to make better decisions.
Ryan brings more than 30 years of finance and business leadership experience across public and private equity-backed companies. He spent ten years at Hospira in roles across manufacturing finance, corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategy finance, and sales finance. He later joined Visual Comfort, where he built out the finance organization to enable the company’s growth from just over $500 million to $1 billion in annual revenue.
Ryan believes successful organizations are built on thoughtful collaboration and shared purpose. He was drawn to Resultant by the combination of its culture, leadership, and people.
Outside of work, Ryan is an avid runner who has completed 13 marathons across four countries, including the Boston Marathon. Although his knees have convinced him to retire from competitive running, he still rides the same bicycle he commuted on every day during the two years he lived in Amsterdam. He’s also a proud father of three and enjoys spending time with his close-knit circle of family and friends, affectionately known as “Framly.”
