Shane is a hard-working and enthusiastic people leader with extensive technical administration knowledge. He is a detail-orientated leader focused on delivering a great experience for his employees and clients that in turn delivers on the financial outcomes. 

In his day-to-day work, Shane is both an engagement manager and technology leader for enterprise clients, acting as a partner to help them create and deliver strategic, technical initiatives so that they can provide excellent outcomes for the community and customers they serve. 

When he isn’t working, Shane enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and studying various history topics from the 16th century to the present.
