Jason Kurtz has spent almost 30 years making sure complex programs actually deliver. He advises executives navigating large-scale ERP transformations, M&A integrations, and enterprise technology programs, with a focus on the delivery risks that tend to surface only after the strategy has been approved and the budget committed.
Jason built his foundation at Accenture, where he spent nearly a decade as a Manager executing enterprise technology programs across global clients. He managed distributed teams, navigated outsourcing arrangements, and learned firsthand how quickly a well-designed program can unravel without the right execution discipline in place. He joined Liberty Advisor Group, a Resultant Company, in 2012 and has spent more than 14 years since then advising private equity-backed companies and corporate clients across the full spectrum of M&A-driven technology work: buy-side diligence, integration strategy and execution, carve-out management, and program rescue.
At Liberty, Jason serves as Partner for Delivery Assurance. He works directly with business and IT leadership to design realistic execution strategies, identify where integration plans diverge from operational reality, and get programs back on track when they have gone sideways. PE sponsors and management teams bring him in when the stakes are high, the timeline is fixed, and they need someone who has seen these situations before.
Jason holds a B.S. in Health Science from Illinois State University and is based in the Greater Chicago region.
