Welcome Home

It’s simple really. Everyone deserves to feel welcome. No matter where you’re from, what your background is, how you look, when you were born, or who you love. At Resultant, we believe you belong.

Be Yourself

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are part of our core beliefs as an organization. While we still have a ton of work to do, we are actively building an amazing team that represents the communities in which we live and work, and striving to support efforts that positively influence the development and retention of diverse talent.

We’re so proud of the work we do with clients from around the country. From small companies in the Midwest to state agencies on the coasts, we love helping clients with the toughest technology and data problems they face. Our desire is to create a workforce that is as diverse and representative as the clients we serve. The more voices we have embodied and amplified in our organization, the more we will all contribute, thrive, and grow.

So, bring us your personal experiences, your unique perspectives, and your individual spirit. Because it’s in our uniqueness where we often learn from each other the most.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Stance

Resultant is driving toward a model of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the technology and business community. We are committed to building a culture that allows Rezzers to thrive—fighting against discrimination, supporting inclusivity, building equity, and celebrating diversity.

Fighting Against Discrimination

We actively seek opportunities as individuals and as a collective to fight for the rights of the underrepresented and traditionally marginalized. We encourage open dialogue between employees and leadership related to issues of race, gender identity, and discrimination. In addition, we’ve embarked on a companywide education campaign to spotlight traditionally marginalized groups and provide a forum for them to share their experiences and life perspective.

Supporting Inclusivity

We actively support inclusion through our DEI committee members who help to craft, promote, support, and drive our strategic initiatives related to diversity. From hosting monthly diversity and inclusion seminars to volunteer opportunities for employees to help underserved or historically marginalized communities, our team works to engage, educate, and encourage all our team members to work for change. In addition, we seek input from employees of various races, cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, and ethnicities in order to have their voices contribute to our organization’s decision-making processes.

Celebrating Diversity

We celebrate the diversity of our employee base and set aside time for ongoing DEI education. We recognize and embrace days of significance across communities and honor our differences.

Building Equity

In constructing our business, we look for ways to intentionally build equity into our hiring, development, leadership, and organizational processes. We work with managers and leaders across the organization to help educate them on the needs of their diverse team members and look for ways to support their ongoing development.

Celebrating the Patchwork of Our Lives

We value the diversity of our team members, and we do everything we can to make sure everyone is heard. Listening to diverse voices helps us build a better future, and we love to celebrate the individual experiences that make our company great. They create more awareness and advocacy around the issues our team members value and help guide our company’s diversity initiatives in recruitment, leadership, and community outreach.
