Steve Abdalla is experienced as a business founder, entrepreneur, technologist, and enthusiast of projects, products, and people. As a Google Client Engagement Manager, his work focuses on large, public-sector clients who face challenges, such as unemployment insurance and fraud analysis, detection, and quantification; business process re-alignment; and strategic planning.
A curious and collaborative leader, Steve honed his project management and business skills as a naval officer and throughout his years founding and running a toy company. That range illustrates Steve’s hunger for learning and openness to discovery—tools he uses every day as he helps clients find solutions to complex problems.
Steve ensures quality and consistency within solution delivery by becoming enmeshed in the process and truly owning success for clients. He thrives on the challenge of balancing change and relationship management with solution design and implementation to ensure our clients reach the outcomes they want.
Steve serves on the Indianapolis Children’s Bureau as a board member and chair of its entrepreneurial venture committee. His knitting has won the Lace Ace Award, and his kids say he bakes the world’s best apple brown betty.
