His primary responsibilities include leading and developing engagement management and industry expert teams, overseeing the delivery of professional services, managing and expanding Resultant’s existing client base, and developing new services and offerings that align with client needs and market demand.
Bill has extensive experience in the professional services industry with a focus on helping clients in a wide range of industries transform programs for recruiting, retaining, and mentoring talent; build and grow practices; and develop go-to-market strategies. He is a proven leader of cross-functional teams focused on collaborating with clients to identify, assess, measure, and improve their operations to drive results.
Passionate about people and relationships, Bill believes in engaging with teammates in a way that promotes creativity, diversity of thought, and innovation to efficiently and effectively deliver significant, measurable, and transformational impact for Resultant’s clients.
Bill shares his life with his beautiful wife and three children, loves to cycle, and makes Wrigley Field pilgrimages at every opportunity to watch the the greatest baseball team of all time, aka the Chicago Cubs.
