With over 16 years of experience, Bill supports clients by establishing and leading teams of experts who create and deliver the best solutions to complex problems. He serves as a resource for his teams, manages projects and budgets, fixes reliability issues, and tracks service metrics. He has significant experience in project documentation, contact center and interactive voice recognition (IVR) development and buildout, and design and integration of enterprise technology tools including web-based applications, database architecture, and TDM and VoIP telephony systems.
Outside of work, Bill stays busy coaching soccer and spending time with his wonderful wife and three kids.
