Kate Gerber leads Resultant’s talent team with mastery, supporting organizational growth, laying a strong future foundation, and devising initiatives to recruit and retain the exceptional people who enable our outstanding service and positive outcomes.
An Orr Fellowship alumnus, Kate’s roles have included director of administration, public sector project coordinator, account manager, and communications-focused professional, and business operations manager. This experience combined with thorough attention to detail helps her drive projects to success and ensure adoption through organizational change management.
Kate’s passion for developing leaders is evidenced by her work in the Indianapolis community. She was instrumental in bringing Brave Camp to Indianapolis, served on the TechPoint for Youth Foundation board, and was a Starfish Mentor. Today, she helps young professionals further their careers and develop leadership skills with EDGE Mentoring.
