Her strengths include thinking strategically about processes, tools, and their impact on others—important in a company where we become, effectively, a secondary employee to our clients.
Along her career path to Resultant, Gretchen worked with companies that provide payroll and HR services, ERP solutions, management consulting, and learning and development solutions, honing her skills in change management to help businesses excel.
Gretchen’s COVID lockdown project was perfecting Auntie G’s Camo Soup, a shaved-steak soup that all five of her nephews now devour even though it contains their least favorite ingredient: mushrooms. She possesses three separate Friends trivia games and is open to a challenge, though is most likely undefeatable.
