Consulting Industry Veteran Greg Layok Appointed as CEO to Further Scale Operations and Capabilities
INDIANAPOLIS (July 18, 2023) — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation, announced today that it has hired former West Monroe managing partner Greg Layok as chief executive officer. In his new role, Layok will provide leadership to scale the business and increase Resultant’s client impact and reach across the private and public sectors. Former CEO Mark Caswell will continue to work within Resultant as an advisor to assist with the transition and will join the company’s board of directors.

In his four years as CEO, Caswell led Resultant through a period of impressive growth. Under his leadership, Resultant more than doubled revenue and established itself as a leading national consulting firm playing a significant role in shaping how public and private sector organizations across 48 states unlock opportunities with data and analytics. Since 2019, Resultant has acquired four companies and grown its workforce to nearly 500 across the United States.

With more than 25 years of consulting experience, Layok brings to Resultant a passion for serving clients and a track record of building high-performing teams. Most recently, Layok spent 13 years in various executive leadership roles at West Monroe Partners, a 2,400-person digital services consulting firm. He brings deep strategic and business leadership experience, having helped build and scale West Monroe’s technology practices to become a recognized industry leader. Prior, Layok served as North American Managing Director for Thoughtworks, a publicly owned, global technology company with offices in 18 countries.
