Growing Resultant’s Talented Team
As Director of Talent, Kachur’s role involves leading talent recruitment, acquisition, development, and engagement initiatives at Resultant. Fulfilling Resultant’s strategic approach to talent management, Kachur serves on the nine-person leadership team and her responsibilities include internal talent development and new talent recruitment based on the skills needed today and in the future. She is also responsible for continuing to develop Resultant as an organization where employees amplify their careers and feel fulfilled by their work.
“My personal mission is to be a catalyst of growth for others, so people can have the careers that they’re capable of,” said Kachur. “Resultant’s mission is to help clients, each other and communities thrive. The problems we’re solving with clients are making a difference in the world, and the opportunity to connect people who want to make a positive impact with the work Resultant is doing is exciting.”
In June 2019, Resultant acquired Indianapolis app development company Connect Think, bringing the total number of 2019 hires to 55 and the total number of employees to 148. Resultant plans to hire an additional 30 employees by the end of 2019 to support its rapidly expanding consulting practice.
“Kachur has a proven track record of attracting and developing talent at growth-oriented organizations,” said Mark Caswell, CEO of Resultant. “We’re excited for Resultant employees to flourish under her influence and better serve the emerging needs of our communities.”
