INDIANAPOLIS — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in data analytics, technology, and management consulting, announced that it has named John Roach, formerly Resultant’s Chief Revenue Officer, as President. The company has hired Ryan Schebler, former CEO of Advocate Solutions—a 25-year-old consulting firm that Resultant acquired in May—as Chief Revenue Officer.
As President, Roach will drive growth of the organization through innovative initiatives, strategic partnerships and exceptional delivery on client partnerships. Roach is credited with launching and building Resultant’s Data Analytics practice, which has grown from three to 83 employees in eight years. His leadership has driven some of Resultant’s most impactful client work such as providing strategic and technical guidance in the development of data insights to curb the State’s opioid epidemic and developing a solution to enhance the security of microelectronic global supply chains.

As CRO, Schebler will be responsible for creating solution strategies that expand Resultant’s national reach and enable the organization to partner with more clients to solve their toughest challenges.
