INDIANAPOLIS — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation, announced today that it has promoted Michael Schwarz to Senior Vice President of Professional Services. In his new role, Schwarz leads teams across Resultant’s professional service offerings, including data, information technology, and digital transformation. His primary responsibilities are focused on leading, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable digital solutions for Resultant’s clients across the public and private sectors.

Resultant hired Schwarz as director of data analytics in 2019, and he was promoted to vice president of data and development services in 2020. Prior to joining Resultant, Schwarz oversaw IU Health’s central data “hub” that provided analytics to business units and facilities throughout the health system in Indiana and 25th largest health system in the nation.
Schwarz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from the University of Indianapolis and a Master’s in Business Administration from Anderson University.
