INDIANAPOLIS (Jan. 31, 2022) — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics and digital transformation, announced today that it has promoted Louonna Kachur to Chief People Officer. In her new role, Kachur will join Resultant’s executive leadership team to lead talent acquisition and development strategy for the firm. Since she was hired as Director of Talent in 2019, Kachur has contributed to hiring and onboarding to achieve over 225% growth in full-time employees. She’s also facilitated the development of Resultant University, the organization’s internal employee development program. In her new capacity, Kachur will continue to build out people operations with a focus on culture, employee engagement, and growth.

Kachur holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serves on the boards of TechPoint Foundation for Youth and Early Learning Indiana. Prior to joining Resultant, Kachur was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the commercial health division of Leidos.
