(INDIANAPOLIS) — May 7, 2026 — Resultant, a data, AI, and technology consulting firm, has been named a Top Workplaces 2026 winner by the Indianapolis Star. The award is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential, third-party survey administered by Energage LLC.
The survey measures the employee experience across several areas, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
Indiana is where Resultant got its start, and it’s still home to a big part of who we are. Being recognized here, by our own people, means something.
This recognition matters because it comes directly from the people who show up and do the work every day. We’ve always believed that a strong culture isn’t something you build once and walk away from. It takes ongoing investment in relationships, in development, and in listening to each other. Seeing that reflected back through our employees’ own words is something our whole team should be proud of.”
– Kate Gerber, VP of Talent at Resultant
This regional recognition adds to a run of workplace culture honors for Resultant, including its 2024 Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award and Work-Life Flexibility designation and being named a USA Today 2025 Top Places to Work winner. Those were national awards. This one is local, and in some ways that makes it hit differently — it’s a reflection of what Resultant has worked to build since its earliest days in Indianapolis.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
Resultant is currently hiring across data analytics, digital transformation, technology, sales, and operations.
