INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 7, 2021 Press Release) — Resultant, a modern consulting firm specializing in data analytics, technology and digital transformation, announced that it has hired Julie Lewis to serve as its first Chief Financial Officer. In her role, Lewis will serve on the executive team and lead the finance function and team for the growing organization.

Julie Lewis, a CPA with an accounting degree from Northern Illinois University, joins Resultant after serving as the CFO for Rightpoint, an IT services consultancy based in Chicago. During her tenure, Lewis ushered the organization through multiple acquisitions and a transition to a publicly-traded firm. In that time, Rightpoint grew to five times its size and the finance team grew from 1.5 to 16 full-time employees to support the needs of the organization and shareholders. Lewis brings vast experience growing organizations, working with private equity ownership, driving financial maturity, and building strategic financial support to Resultant and has experience leading the finance function of both global professional services and product-oriented organizations.

Since 2018, Resultant has increased its Indiana-based workforce by more than 160 percent. Now with more than 350 employees nationwide, Resultant has teams in Indianapolis, Indiana; Fort Wayne, Indiana; Atlanta, Georgia; Columbus, Ohio; Lansing, Michigan; and Denver, Colorado as well as dispersed across the U.S.
Resultant’s vision for future growth includes having committed teams in more than ten cities and employing a total of 1,000 people by 2025. The organization is currently hiring for more than 40 open positions to serve on its data analytics, digital transformation, technology, sales, and operations teams.
In 2021, Resultant was purchased by Investcorp and completed its acquisition of Tempus Nova, a Google application and implementation consulting firm based in Denver, CO. This was Resultant’s third acquisition with Connect Think, an Indianapolis-based web and app development firm, joining in 2019, and Advocate Solutions, a public sector consultancy, joining in 2020. Resultant also rebranded from its original name, KSM Consulting, in 2021 after separating from Katz, Sapper & Miller (KSM) in 2019.
