INDIANAPOLIS — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and management consulting, announced today that it has hired Mike Vance, formerly of Matilda Jane Clothing and Vera Bradley, as Vice President of Technology Services.

As VP of Technology Services, Vance’s role involves overseeing all Resultant technology services, including technology strategy, IT consulting, IT managed services, application implementation, and cybersecurity. Immediately prior to joining Resultant, Vance served as CIO and COO for Fort Wayne-based Matilda Jane Clothing. Vance has also served in CIO roles at Vera Bradley and Steak n Shake, where he had the opportunity to lead and mentor individuals who have gone on to lead IT departments at other organizations.
