Veteran Finance Executive Brings M&A Experience and Track Record of Scaling Finance Operations
INDIANAPOLIS (August 11, 2026) – Resultant, a leading technology, data and AI consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Ryan Bradley as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Bradley will lead the firm’s finance and accounting functions, partnering across the organization to align investment decisions with Resultant’s growth strategy. Bradley joins Resultant as the firm continues to expand both organically and through acquisition, following its acquisition of Liberty Advisor Group earlier in 2026.

Most recently, Bradley served as Vice President of Finance, Investor Relations and FP&A at Visual Comfort & Co., a high-growth, private equity-backed consumer brand, where he helped lead the finance organization during a period of exceptional growth. During his nine-year tenure, the company more than doubled to exceed $1 billion in annual revenue through organic growth, acquisitions and operational improvements. He built out the finance organization into a strategic business partner supporting commercial, operational and corporate functions while working closely with the company’s private equity sponsors.
As CFO, Bradley’s early priorities center on communication, prioritization and execution. His approach emphasizes embedding finance within the business rather than operating alongside it, giving practice leaders clear visibility into how decisions translate into performance.

Bradley earned an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
