INDIANAPOLIS (May 13, 2019) — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and management consulting announced that it has promoted Natalie Litera to Chief Operating Officer and John Roach to Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President of Data Analytics.

As CRO and EVP of Data Analytics, Roach will continue leading Resultant’s data analytics team to uncover business insights and create predictive models for clients in the private and public sectors, including local, state, and federal governments. Roach launched Resultant’s Data Analytics practice in 2012, which has since become one of Resultant’s most sought-after services working on some of our nation’s government’s most important challenges including cross-governmental data sharing, the opioid epidemic, workforce and education optimization, and criminal recidivism. He joined the Resultant team in 2011 after serving in technical and program leadership roles at Rolls-Royce.
As COO, Litera’s leads all operational functions of Resultant including finance, human resources, legal, technology, and administration. Litera has reshaped the Resultant operations team to support growth and maintain Resultant’s commitment to client service. Recently, she led Resultant’s office space expansion to Resultant 111, an innovation center located on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis. She re-joined the Resultant team in 2017 after serving as Service Sanitation’s director of operations for almost four years.
In April 2019, Resultant promoted Mark Caswell to CEO following the announcement that Renovus Capital Partners had acquired a majority stake in the company. Resultant also plans to hire up to 30 new employees out of its Indianapolis headquarters to support future growth. The open positions include roles in data analytics, business intelligence, information technology, business applications, and project management.
