Resultant announced on March 7th, 2022 that it promoted former Vice President of Technology Services Mike Vance to Executive Vice President of Professional Services and hired Bill Slama, former senior manager of technology transformation at Grant Thornton, as Vice President, Private Sector.
Mike Vance joined Resultant as Vice President of Technology Services in 2019. Under his leadership, Resultant was named a 2021 Best Place to Work in IT and achieved the highest customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores to date with technology and MSP clients. Vance has emerged as a sought-after IT thought leader, sharing his expertise with publications like CIO, CIO Dive, InformationWeek, and TechRepublic.
As EVP, Vance will oversee all of Resultant’s consulting services, including technology and digital transformation; organizational change management; data and analytics; application development and financial services.
Immediately prior to joining Resultant, Vance served as CIO and COO for Fort Wayne-based Matilda Jane Clothing. Vance has also served in CIO roles at Vera Bradley and Steak n Shake, where he had the opportunity to lead and mentor individuals who have gone on to lead IT departments at other organizations.

Bill Slama, Resultant’s newly-hired VP of the Private Sector, will lead and oversee the delivery of services, manage and expand existing client accounts, and develop new services and offerings to align with client needs and market demand.
Slama has more than 15 years of technology consulting experience at both Grant Thornton and Sikich. His background includes leading digital transformation technology implementations, with a specialization in healthcare systems. At Grant Thornton, Slama helped to grow the healthcare practice from 50 to 250 people, developing the framework, processes, and people to ensure exceptional outcome-focused service and a thriving team.
