2016 Resultant Year in Review

Pausing to reflect on all that has been accomplished in 2016, we are grateful to our clients, partners, and an incredible team that has made this year a resounding success. To celebrate the conclusion of an unforgettable year, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite experiences, accomplishments, and memories following David Letterman’s famous Top 10 countdown.

10. The Resultant Story

To give people a glimpse into life at Resultant, our team shared what it means to be one of Resultant’s fearless problem solvers in our introductory culture video.

9. Design Thinking in Action

Our team underwent a 10-week long design thinking process with DORIS Research as we learned how to design our office space to be effective for all employees. While fun, the team also took away new and innovative ways to apply the design thinking process to our clients.

8. Introduced a New Website

We launched a brand new website full of increased features, a revamped design, and a more user-friendly experience. We expanded content surrounding our solutions, provided insight on life at Resultant, and added resources ranging from case studies, to whitepapers, to our new blog.

7. Living our Values

To better reflect who we are and define what sets us apart, we rolled out our values. At the center of everything we do, employees have embodied the values and made them their own. Just ask anyone their favorite value and they are sure to have a story to tell.

6. Community Engagement

Our plates were full this year as we supported the community through our involvement in the Indy Hackathon series, gave back through our annual Community Day by packaging over 110,000 meals for Gleaners Food Bank of Indiana, and supported Children’s TherAplay, Carmel Dad’s Club, and many other community organizations.

We continued our partnership with the Orr Fellowship welcoming two new fellows in June and enjoyed hosting three interns over the summer.

5. Happy, Healthy Resultant People

To keep our employees their happiest and healthiest, we launched a new wellness program designed by our people, for our people. As part of the fun, we fuel our employees’ competitive side with their participation in a monthly Fitbit competition, sponsor a quarterly run/walk, assemble sports leagues to foster bonding, and have added perks, such as an employee wellness credit and healthy breakroom snacks.

4. A Round of Applause

As a first-year Microsoft partner in 2015, we were awarded the Microsoft Central Region Rising Star of the Year. This year, we lived up to the title and earned the Microsoft 2016 US SMB Champions Club Midwest Cloud Partner of the Year award. Props to the hard work of our Technology team.

3. Employee Growth and Development

From the east coast to the west coast, our team participated in speaking engagements and educational conferences across the country. Through deep knowledge and expertise, we strive to act as a guide to helping our clients reach their goals.

2. Client Satisfaction

Continually striving for excellence, we were proud that our annual client satisfaction survey revealed a 93% highly satisfied client satisfaction score (exceeding the national average of 60%). To top it off, we are humbled and grateful that within our existing client base, over 70% of our clients showed their appreciation for the services we provide by expanding their commitments to our team.

Welcoming over 50 new clients this year, we enjoyed highlighting some of their success though our case studies including The Milk Bank, The State of Indiana: Management and Performance Hub, Flaherty & Collins Properties, and more.
