Todd Hawkins’s proven leadership skills are a welcome addition to Resultant’s managed services team. With extensive technology consulting expertise in large-scale project delivery and team development honed at industry powerhouses Dell Technologies, Slalom, and Avanade, Todd specializes in aligning technical innovation with strategic business outcomes.
Todd’s technical expertise spans cloud transformation across Azure, AWS, and GCP, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, AI, DevOps, and security implementations. During his tenure at Slalom, he led the Technology Enablement team of 80 cloud, application development, and DevOps consultant and architects while managing technical sales and project delivery for the TOLA regional cloud and technology consulting services.
At Resultant, Todd uses his diverse capabilities in Microsoft, AWS, GCP, infrastructure, data engineering, and security to execute large-scale projects for both mid-market and enterprise clients. He leads by recognizing the strengths in others to build high-performing consulting teams and connecting individuals, companies, and resources for strategic partnerships that deliver transformational client results and grow revenue.
Throughout his career, Todd has successfully delivered complex initiatives that often leave lesser leaders flailing, including large M&A integrations, global migrations for organizations with up to 750,000 users, and enterprise-wide digital transformation projects across health care, financial services, energy, and government sectors.
Todd lives in Fort Worth with his wife and youngest child, while his three other children are in college and beyond. He’s expecting his first grandchild next month. When not delivering client projects, Todd enjoys playing golf and video games, running, and working out.
