As Director of Delivery and Client Success for Google Workspace, Tim Keag leads enterprise sales and client growth initiatives across complex technology and data engagements. He brings nearly 20 years of experience building and scaling sales and client success teams that support long-term retention and expansion within Fortune 100 and 500 organizations.
Before joining Resultant, Tim served as Head of Client Success at Eviden, an Atos business, where he oversaw a portfolio spanning Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS. As an executive sponsor for key accounts, he partnered closely with clients to strengthen relationships, expand engagements, and build a high-performing team of client success and technical advisory leaders.
Earlier in his career, Tim worked as a Technology Implementation Leader for Gwinnett County Public Schools, supporting a district-wide migration to a centralized Google domain and the deployment of thousands of Chromebooks. He also helped design and deliver a large-scale digital learning conference and mentored technology coordinators across the district.
A former member of the Murray State University men’s golf team, Tim began his education career as a high school golf coach and led teams to back-to-back girls’ state championships. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife, Emily, and their two children, often traveling to junior golf and soccer events or relaxing with friends and family.
