Ever since he can remember, Michael has loved solving problems. He’s played to that strength throughout his career, starting as a software engineer with a knack for programming using both procedural and object-oriented methods then moving on to solve business problems at an increasingly complex and impactful scale.
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Michael has championed the establishment of agile and resilient data analytic ecosystems in the consumer packaged goods, financial services, healthcare, and energy sectors. He loves helping make companies we work with more valuable and the community he lives in stronger.
Besides co-founding a successful SaaS company, he’s designed and implemented numerous highly visible data analytics initiatives at Fortune 50 companies, including for a master data management organization and an analytics center of excellence. He teaches the informatics department capstone class at Northern Kentucky University.
Michael is an avid runner and one of the fastest data enthusiasts we know. In addition to training for his next marathon, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, barbecuing, carpentry, landscaping, and the daredevil sport of wake surfing.
