Matthew leads the Resultant data engineering and architecture team to deliver best-in-class data solutions. Data has always just made sense to Matthew, whether capturing data, combining different data sources, or analyzing data. He loves working with clients to help them understand their data, use data to identify problems and design solutions, and share lessons learned and best practices across multiple business areas.
Matthew has partnered with clients in a variety of industries, such as health care, education, not-for-profit, distribution, manufacturing, and construction. In the course of serving clients at Resultant, he built an enterprise data warehouse for a new case management system for the Indiana Department of Child Services; redesigned and built the Indiana Transparency Portal with the Auditor of Indiana and Management Performance Hub; and led the data architecture effort for the data warehouse used for the Covid response dashboard for the Indiana Department of Health.
As a father of four, Matthew has always been a tireless volunteer with his kids’ outdoor activities, coaching multiple sports for over 20 years. Favorite hobbies include fishing, hiking, woodworking, and competing with his wife and kids over a board game.
