Lori is a senior healthcare consulting leader and client partner with more than 20 years of experience leading complex technology implementations.
She leads cross-functional teams at Resultant in data engineering, data science, and business intelligence to deliver outcomes for large health systems and public health agencies.
She recently led the Indiana Department of Health’s multi-year Data and Analytics Reporting Technology Transformation (DARTT) initiative. The work ultimately saved IDOH analysts hundreds of hours annually by improving data interoperability and automating workflows. More importantly, it helped Indiana achieve its lowest infant mortality rate in decades, proving that strong data infrastructure and interoperability can translate into measurable health outcomes.
Before joining Resultant, Lori led the clinical informatics team at Community Health Network and managed a comprehensive, two-year Epic EHR implementation that transformed care delivery. She also spearheaded a virtual scribe program that scaled to 200 remote scribes, directly addressing provider burnout.
What drives Lori is making a tangible difference in healthcare workers’ lives. She’s seen firsthand how the right tools and systems can bring joy back to medicine and is passionate about ensuring clinicians have what they need to focus on improving patient outcomes.
Lori is deeply committed to mentoring emerging leaders at Resultant, helping build the next generation of healthcare consultants who lead with a people-first approach and understand that strong relationships are the foundation of successful transformations.
When she’s not leading health care transformations, you’ll find Lori planning her next international adventure or attending musical theatre performances and football games with her husband and three step-children.
