With more than 25 years of experience in managed services, technology operations, and infrastructure across several industries and competencies, Justin Maynard is passionate about empowering his team to deliver outstanding results for Resultant’s clients. He brings high energy as a change agent while remaining grounded in the everyday challenges faced by clients and colleagues.
Justin previously ran the solutions function at 3Cloud, an Azure-only technology consulting and managed services firm. He started his career as a math teacher but quickly found a home in technology as infrastructure manager at a small investment firm in Chicago. After earning his MBA, Justin landed his first role in managed services, which launched the next 15 years of his career. His life’s mission is to support and enable people to find purpose through intentional community.
Justin lives in Grand Rapids with his wife and two children. He grew up on an island and loves being outside, whether in the woods, the mountains, or by the ocean. He loves music of all sorts and especially listening to records on his custom sound system.
