The Health and Human Services (HHS) team at Resultant is thrilled to welcome two key additions who will play key roles in bringing modern data and technology solutions to agencies, enabling them to overcome complex, multilayered challenges and deliver better outcomes for constituents.
Denise Tocco, Market Principal
Denise joins Resultant with more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. Denise has been instrumental in leading cross-functional teams to achieve business growth and has experience in both the federal and state sectors. Her initial focus will involve revising and streamlining the go-to-market approach of the Resultant HHS team, focusing on core HHS agencies and programs.
Denise earned her MBA in finance from the University of Colorado Denver and a bachelor’s degree in English and communications from the University of Colorado Boulder.
In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, whether camping, horseback riding, or scuba diving on her travels. She is passionate about equestrian activities and competed in her first dressage show over the summer. Denise recently celebrated her 30th anniversary, while her daughter is following in her footsteps as a Buffalo at University of Colorado Boulder.
Heidi Steinecker, Principal HHS Consulting
Heidi brings a wealth of experience in public health and healthcare systems, with over 20 years of leadership in healthcare delivery and public health policy. Her expertise ranges from public health emergency response, to strategic health policy implementation, to global health security. Heidi has provided valuable leadership in California’s COVID-19 response and has worked globally to strengthen healthcare systems.
Heidi will also be part of a collaborative effort to optimize Resultant’s go-to-market efforts holistically in the HHS vertical, building on the team’s efforts in public and behavioral health.
Heidi is currently completing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) with a focus on global health security at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She earned a master’s degree in English – Public Policy from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a bachelor’s degree in English and history from The University of New Mexico.
When Heidi isn’t working, she enjoys ski trips to Tahoe with her family and recently visited the Paris Olympics with her daughter, who was in the Olympic Development Program for water polo. The 800-pound gorilla in the room is far from a metaphor for Heidi, whose recent doctoral research took her to Uganda, where she did indeed spend time with gorillas.
