The Health and Human Services (HHS) team at Resultant is thrilled to welcome a key addition who will play a key role in bringing modern data and technology solutions to agencies, enabling them to overcome complex, multilayered challenges and deliver better outcomes for constituents.
Heidi Steinecker, Principal HHS Consulting
Heidi brings a wealth of experience in public health and healthcare systems, with over 20 years of leadership in healthcare delivery and public health policy. Her expertise ranges from public health emergency response, to strategic health policy implementation, to global health security. Heidi has provided valuable leadership in California’s COVID-19 response and has worked globally to strengthen healthcare systems.
Heidi will also be part of a collaborative effort to optimize Resultant’s go-to-market efforts holistically in the HHS vertical, building on the team’s efforts in public and behavioral health.
Heidi is currently completing her Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) with a focus on global health security at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She earned a master’s degree in English – Public Policy from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a bachelor’s degree in English and history from The University of New Mexico.
When Heidi isn’t working, she enjoys ski trips to Tahoe with her family and recently visited the Paris Olympics with her daughter, who was in the Olympic Development Program for water polo. The 800-pound gorilla in the room is far from a metaphor for Heidi, whose recent doctoral research took her to Uganda, where she did indeed spend time with gorillas.

By integrating data from multiple sources, applying advanced analysis techniques, and leveraging technical and policy-area expertise, Resultant makes it possible for agencies to unlock insights that maximize the value of federal funding.
