Thanks to the support from our clients, partners, and outstanding employees, 2015 has been our best year yet. From the addition of new teams and capabilities to growing partnerships and improved client service, there is much to celebrate as we conclude the year. As the year draws to a close, we pause to review how Resultant has grown, where we’ve been, and the moments we’ve cherished in 2015.
We’ve Grown & Developed
As our client base continues to grow, Resultant has had the opportunity to expand in multiple ways. To name a few, over 30 percent of our employees are new to Resultant this year, growing our service offerings and adding a service team to the technology practice. We added videography capabilities and corporate planning to management consulting, products, and solutions development to our technology practice and business intelligence to the data team. Although we remain technology agnostic, to provide even greater service for clients, we continued to grow our partnership with SAP and established a Microsoft partnership.
A desire for continual learning is a common thread that runs amongst our team. Fostering ongoing development and education, this past year, employees earned certifications in project management and six sigma, finalized graduate degrees, and passed numerous exams helping achieve new Microsoft and other technical competencies.
Developing more than just our minds, employees improved wellness by participating in monthly FitBit contests with winners averaging over 16,000 steps per day! Many upped their steps by participating in races all around Indianapolis, ranging from 5Ks to full marathons.
We’ve Shared & Supported
Over the past twelve months, our team has been on the move participating in over twenty-five presentations held across the country covering topics such as cybersecurity, Office 365 migration best practices, cost accounting principles, and more. Internally, our design thinking experts held more than fifteen workshops and learning sessions for clients and employees.
Continuing our partnership with the Orr Fellowship, we added two new fellows to the team in June, and two interns joined our data team this summer as part of the Xternprogram. We helped encourage others to hack for good as a sponsor of the Indy Hackathon, enjoyed cheering on the community at TechPoint’s Mira Awards, gave back through our annual Community day at Jameson Camp with Katz, Sapper & Miller, supported Children’s TherAplay, Gleaner’s Food Bank, Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra, and many other community organizations at their annual events.
We’ve Celebrated & Laughed
In our first year as a Microsoft partner, Resultant was awarded the Microsoft Central Region Rising Star of the Year. In addition, GovTech presented us with the Best Fit Integrator award for our work with the State of Indiana in conjunction with SAP, and we were a finalist for the Tech Service Mira Award.
With client satisfaction our highest priority, we were proud to achieve a 88% highly satisfied client satisfaction score through our annual client satisfaction survey (well above the national average of 60%).
And finally, we had fun doing it all. Employees bonded as we spent two hours in stand-still traffic on the road to an all company event in Chicago, showcased their competitive side while testing out new Xbox games, and found out who could take the heat in our hot pepper eating battle – just a few more of our favorite memories.
