Jackie Ackerman blends 30 years of U.S. military intelligence analysis and civilian IT experience to lead accomplished teams of data and analytics professionals. Her understanding of best practices, cutting-edge technologies, and proven national intelligence techniques has given rise to an innovative, thoughtful approach to delivering data as a product, using intelligent machines to complement human ingenuity. Jackie is adept at architecting and implementing modern cloud data platforms designed to transform data into usable products that drive speed-to-insight and interoperability.

During her military career, Jackie and her team leveraged global data ecosystems to collect and analyze sensitive data from thousands of sources to create intelligence products that informed multi-national military forces during Operations Allied Force, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and New Dawn. She was integral in developing the U.S. Air Force’s Intelligence Qualification Training program, as well as the U.S. National Guard Bureau’s Intelligence Production Unit.

Throughout her civilian career, Jackie has served in IT leadership roles in project and product management as well as data and analytics, with experience in the healthcare, sports, telecommunications, utility, and government sectors.

Jackie is passionate about servant leadership and analytics and has been recognized with numerous awards. Her team won the Snowflake Data Marketplace Challenge for integrating and demonstrating the value of third-party healthcare data to predict virus spread and guide pre-emptive vaccine distribution. Her team also participated in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Mission Daybreak Challenge to help reduce veteran suicide.
