In Fred’s role, he creates and implements solutions for business productivity and document management using the Microsoft Office 365 platform including Microsoft Power Automate, PowerApps, and SharePoint Online. Fred’s rare combination of excellent interpersonal skills and technical experience enables him to continually provide clients with consistent and effective support.

The ever-changing technology landscape proves no issue for Fred, as he easily adapts to the ever-changing trends of technology. He is able to discern and troubleshoot issues quickly which enables him to build the level of trust that is required when supporting end users within a corporate environment. Fred is dedicated to learning and continues to build the proficiencies required for his craft.

Outside of the office, Fred enjoys hiking, exercise, playing music, reading, travel, and spending time with his family and friends.
