Since joining Resultant in 2020, Chris Sheaves has built, managed, and grown technology teams to support the diverse needs of our clients. He has created a mid-market-focused client service team at Resultant while assisting new and larger clients as they overcome challenges and achieve their business goals.

From being the first employee at a startup to consulting Fortune 50 companies, Chris has worked for and with organizations of all sizes and styles during his career in IT. He has led a group of technicians delivering managed service provider-level support for credit unions across the country. Chris also has experience in highly regulated industries such as pharma and finance, providing visibility into the process of achieving technical improvements while meeting compliance requirements. Working at multiple technology startups, Chris was consistently involved with client conversations to support needs analysis and implementation, providing an important perspective to assist clients in increasing technology maturity.

When he’s not solving technology problems and implementing solutions that improve performance and efficiency, Chris is a Scoutmaster for his son’s local scout troop.
