Blythe brought her skills in relationship building to the Resultant team in September of 2021. While much of her time is spent researching trends, people, and events in industry-specific contexts, she’s in her element when talking to prospective clients:

“I love hearing people’s stories,” she says. “The details of the problems organizations experience are different, but the core issues are remarkably similar.” Blythe likens her work to matchmaking services, setting people up for mutually beneficial relationships, and is passionate about the meaningful work Resultant does for clients.

Her career path includes work in sales, marketing, and product development at Caesar’s Las Vegas and a protective outerwear manufacturing company, where she honed her abilities to connect people to solutions.

Blythe isn’t just an ace representative of Resultant but an enthusiastic cookie-taster for her mom’s artistic creations, a committed aunt to her niece and nephew, and, like most of her family members, a perpetual practitioner of pickleball. Just shy of pickleball pro ranking, Blythe will throw down with any competitor who thinks they’re up for the challenge.
