Chelsea Yoder Gill

VP, Marketing and Sales Ops

As VP of Marketing and Sales Ops, Chelsea leads efforts to help Resultant reach more organizations through go-to-market strategies, lead-generation, geographic expansion and sales operations, with a focus on the private sector.

Chelsea comes to KSMC with a proven track record of building high-performing growth engines and supporting the success of developing sales teams. Her leadership will be invaluable in expanding Resultant’s influence in the private sector and continued growth as an organization. Prior to her role at a healthcare software company, she served as VP of Sales for a digital marketing agency.

Chelsea and her husband are frequent travelers and explore a new country or two every year. In 2020, in addition to planning and twice replanning their wedding, Chelsea planned adventures including a safari in Kenya and Tanzania which she looks forward to rescheduling. She also loves spending time on the farm where she grew up, gardening in the spring and summer, and hanging with her pups around her home in Broad Ripple.
