City of Fort Wayne and Allen County Selects Resultant As Preferred IT Provider

Resultant to Bring Multisource Service Integration Model to Provide Deep Expertise and Exceptional Service

Fort Wayne, Indiana. (March 8, 2021 Press Release) — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in technology, data analytics, and digital transformation, announced today that it was awarded a three-year contract to serve as the City of Fort Wayne and Allen County’s preferred IT service provider. Resultant will service the City of Fort Wayne, City Utilities, and Allen County government, who share IT services.

“We’re proud to have the opportunity to serve the City of Fort Wayne and Allen County, and support one of the best-run cities in America,” said Mike Vance, Resultant Program Manager. “Maximizing the City’s and County’s investment in technology, ensuring a secure and productive IT environment, and supporting the individuals working every day for Fort Wayne and Allen County are of the highest priority for our team.”

For the $11.7M contract that begins March 2021, Resultant has built a service team of over 40 information technology, application development, and relationship and project management professionals, with almost 100-percent residing in Fort Wayne. Resultant will continue to grow its service and employee footprint in the area.

“Strategically investing in and optimizing our technology to support our team and the future of our city is critical to our ability to serve our constituents,” said James Haley, chief information officer for the City of Fort Wayne. “The Resultant team has demonstrated an exceptional approach to service paired with technical expertise that will ensure our technology will drive that ability to serve at the highest level.”

Multisource Service Integration (MSI) Support

Resultant has designed a multisource service integration (MSI) approach to serving the City and County to ensure service at the highest level and deep technical expertise across all functions of the contract—strategy, governance, IT service management, helpdesk, cybersecurity, server and network management, application development and maintenance, and project management. The new MSI model provides Fort Wayne and Allen County one primary partner in Resultant and ensures that the best possible resources are available for every key function with continuity of relationship, reporting, and service level agreements, maximizing the City’s and County’s investment. Daniels Assoicates Inc. (DAI) and Netfor are engaged to serve as partners within Resultant’s MSI model.

“Resultant’s MSI model brings an innovative approach to serving local government and municipal technology needs. “The new MSI model will make it easier for government entities to meet the needs of their constituents in a timely manner and provide access to critical skills whenever the needs arise. With a flexible approach to service and dedicated business relationship management, our team is able to work with clients to anticipate the evolution of client needs and bring the right solutions and expertise to the table,” said Ryan Schebler, chief revenue officer at Resultant. “We are excited about the opportunities to support the City and County and provide enhanced IT service that supports the needs of the entire community.”

Resultant has been a trusted technology and data partner for state, local, and federal agencies since 2008. In 2021, the acquisition of Tempus Nova, a 20-year-old Google consulting and implementation firm, was announced making Resultant one of a handful of firms with specialization across the top cloud platforms: Microsoft, Google, and AWS. Resultant is a trusted partner to more than 700 government and private sector organizations throughout the United States and earns industry-leading client satisfaction scores across IT Managed Services partners.
