Powderkeg’s second-annual Tech Culture Awards recognize the best tech company cultures in communities outside of Silicon Valley
INDIANAPOLIS (Dec. 21, 2020 Press Release) — Resultant, a leading consulting firm specializing in data analytics, technology, and management consulting, has been announced as a finalist for Powderkeg’s 2020 National Tech Culture Awards in the categories of Top-Rated Culture and Top-Rated Sales & Marketing Team Culture. Companies that earned “Top-Rated” designations like Resultant scored in the top percentile based on category data.

Powderkeg’s second-annual Tech Culture Awards winners were selected after their participation in a survey that gathered information from technology-powered software, hardware, product, and services companies across the country about the culture within their workplace. Employees rated their companies and employers on several topics that contribute to company culture, including leadership, diversity and inclusion, career path, work-life balance and remote work. Awards were based on application responses and survey rankings by each company’s employees.
In 2020 alone, Resultant has grown employee headcount by almost 50 percent, onboarding 125 new full-time employees across the nation including the acquisition of Advocate Solutions in May.
